3. Account Security

• You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access to your account.
• Melathalam Matrimony is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from compromised accounts.

4. Content and Conduct

Any content you post (photos, profile details, messages) must comply with our community guidelines. Inappropriate, vulgar, or offensive content will be removed and may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data such as name, contact number, religion, caste, location, and preferences to provide matchmaking services.

Your data will be used only for matchmaking and communication purposes. We do not sell your data.

6. Membership Plans

Melathalam Matrimony may offer free and premium plans with additional features like contact views, chat access, etc.

Fees for premium plans are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a refund policy.

7. Verification

We may conduct optional or mandatory identity verification. However, we do not guarantee the authenticity of each user profile. Please exercise personal judgment and caution.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate our terms or engage in unethical or unlawful behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

Melathalam Matrimony is not responsible for any loss, damage, fraud, or emotional distress arising from your use of the platform or interaction with other users.

We do not guarantee marriage or relationship outcomes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
